As part of the announcement of their upcoming SDCC release slate, Mattel have made a lot of Masters of the Universe fans very happy by confirming the release of an Origins Tuvar and Baddrah multipack, with the ability to combine the duo into the awesome Two Bad!

One of the most popular figures from back in 1985, Two Bad is a two-headed henchman of Skeletor who is essentially two different creatures sharing the same body and constantly bickering with one another.  Boasting a great colour scheme and the ability for the heads to effectively punch each other due to the spring-loaded action, the figure is one that a lot of collectors have been desperate to get their hands on for the last few years.

Interestingly, this release is getting the Cartoon Collection treatment with sculpting and colours reminiscent of the 1980s Filmation series, which is perhaps a little strange as Tuvar and Badrah only made their first appearance as individual characters during the 200X Might Young Productions animated series. That said, this one looks the absolute business, with some typically top notch box artwork and design, and the ability to display the two bounty hunters individually or fuse them together into the fan-favourite figure.

The £49 price point may be a little rough for some people, but if you stick to the mindset that it’s technically two figures (even if most collectors will likely display him as one) it’s probably not that bad.

Two Bad will be available to order (for what we can only expect to be a very short time) on the Mattel Creations website on the 25th of July 2024 at 9am PT (link below):
