With the brand new Superman movie coming out on June 14th, and everyone near me talking about it, I really have to make a confession; I don’t like him.

Well, that’s a bit much, it’s not that I don’t like him, it’s just that I’ve never read enough about him to enjoy him as a comic book character. I’ve always thought he is just far too powerful in anything I have read him in, and makes every other superhero, well, less super in a way.

BUT, on the other hand, he does bring a whole new meaning to super villain, I mean, if he is that powerful and sometimes even his enemies bet the better of him, so they must be super crazy powerful!

I don’t know really, I just don’t think I’ll ever be able to get into him, but that’s when you guys come in. I’m probably one of the only people ever to not like him, and I can only apologise if this annoys anyone, but it also gives you the chance to change my mind about the whole thing!

What should I read in the Superman franchise that will make me say, “Man, he actually is bad ass!”.
