Sad news has reached us today via twitter that – following the cancellation of the printed version – the digital version of The Dandy is now also no more.

The Dandy was started 75 years ago, around the same time as Detective Comics, and had been a mainstay for many as their introduction to comics and a jumping point for many artists. However, on it’s 75th Birthday, last year, it stopped its printed run and went digital. Now, even that has come to an end.
