Here’s a little discussion for a quite Friday afternoon. And you guys can interpret it any way you like.

What’s your favourite comic book moment of all time?

It can be a scene, a page, a panel… whatever you like. Just let us know what your fave is, and why you liked it so much.

And to kick things off, I’ll start with mine… the incredibly intense conclusion to Frank Miller’s The Dark Knight Returns, with the Joker – literally – getting the last laugh. Just a powerful, emotional scene with some sick artwork. The lettering really sells it for me, with the laughter running alongside the sickening crack as the Joker breaks his own neck. Goosebumps every time I read it.
