It’s time for another BCP birthday, and today our birthday wishes go out to the *other* Judge Dredd (among other things) Sylvester Stallone, who turns 67.

The universal panning of the first Judge Dredd film is well documented, but so are Stallone’s action movie credentials, which leads me to wonder… was it the actual film itself (plot, direction, etc) that caused it to bomb, or was it Sly’s portrayal of the man himself? Or was it both?
