Three tells the story of three slaves who take on 300 Spartan oppressors. I really didn’t enjoy this one to be honest which is a shame because I thought it sounded awesome.

The writing doesn’t seem to move along smoothly and the dialogue between characters seems more suited to bad daytime soap operas than comic books.

The artwork is pretty decent but lacks any real dynamics. Theres no dramatic angles or memorable scenes that stick in mind.

Over all I found this story disappointing and as such I’m struggling to review it without sounding overly negative, It’s not a terrible comic by any stretch of the imagination but it really did nothing to float my boat sadly.

Rating: 2/10.
