Artist: Jethro Morales

With this being the last issue of the arc, and indeed the series altogether, Jai Nitz has done well to leave very few loose ends to tie up, allowing himself to just have a bit of fun here.

It’s hard to keep this review spoiler free, so instead I’ll keep it short. GH: Legacy is as strongly written, well drawn, and cool as ever. Although this issue appears to unintentionally leave our hero looking a little emotionally detached, it delivers a couple of shock moments, and an ending that could be taken as happy or bittersweet depending on how the reader chooses to look at it.

Britt Reid Jnr. has had a pretty good run overall, and Green Hornet: Legacy #42 finishes things up just fine. It’s maybe not the ending you would have hoped for, but it’s certainly not a bad one.

Rating: 7/10.
