Gail Simone has announced that she’ll be jumping the fence to Marvel for a very brief stint on on Deadpool!

Simone wrote ‘Deadpool’ for 5 issues back in 2002 before moving on to the spin-off series ‘Agent X’. She will now be among a number of former ‘Deadpool’ writers contributing to the upcoming Deadpool #27 ‘Wedding Issue’

It certainly doesn’t look like she’s leaving DC, as this is just a guest appearance on one issue, but with Charles Soule now on board for both DC and Marvel, we’re sure there will be plenty of readers out there who would like to see Gail Simone take on a larger role at Marvel. What do you think?
