There really isn’t a lot to this story that isn’t very much in the public record but before landing the role of Loki, Tom Hiddleston auditioned for the role of Thor. His screen test will be included on the Thor: The Dark World DVD and Blu-Rays as a special feature.

Screencrush has leeked the footage as gifs and as odd as it is he seems as though he would have made a decent Thor even if he is a tad more wirey than Chris Hemsworth.

Perhaps on some parallel universe Hemsworth plays Loki and Hiddleston plays Thor?

Thor: The Dark World will be released on DVD and Blu-Ray on February the 25th.
