It’s early days, with no pilot, and therefore no series having been commissioned yet, but it looks like SyFy are planning a TV adaptation of Brian Wood’s ‘DMZ’ comic series.

Originally published by DC’s Vertigo imprint, ‘DMZ’ tells the story of a young photojournalist trapped in Manhattan, which has become a demilitarized zone during a second US civil war.

We’re yet to see any casting news, but there are some interesting names attached to the project, with ‘Mad Men’ executive producers Andre and Maria Jacqemetton teaming up with ‘Gravity’ producer David Heyman to bring the series to SyFy.
