There’s been a lot of Marvel toy news coming out of New York Toy Fair so far, but that isn’t the only comic-related toy line coming from Hasbro!

Continuing the current 30th Anniversary Generations toyline Hasbro is putting out EVEN MORE Transformers toys based on the IDW comics! Rejoice! On top of all the toys revealed at NYCC we now have images of a Legends Class Gears (A Swerve remold), Deluxe Jhiaxus (Armada Starscream Remold), Nightbeat (Bumblebee Remold) and a Voyager Skybyte (new mold!) and, of course, the full reveal of the fan-built-bot Windblade! We’re also getting a Voyager Roadbuster – a character who has yet to show up again in the comics since Last Stand of the Wreckers.

To speculate for a second – we got a Voyager IDW Springer in last years Generations line and the last time we saw either Springer OR Roadbuster in the comics was the latter standing vigil over the comatose body of the former. Could we be looking at these two returning to the books in the wake of Dark Cybertron? Only time will tell – but I sure hope so! Wreckers Reborn! It’s great to see Hasbro still continuing with the fan-orientated releases in a movie year!
