With our beloved Turtles turning 30 this year, co-creators Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird are teaming up for a special 30th Anniversary Issue this May, which will mark the first time in over twenty years the pair have worked together on a TMNT title.

The 30th Anniversary Special will feature a collection of all-new short stories from some of the top creators to have worked on the franchise over the last three decades.  Wich each story inspired by an different “era” of TMNT history, featuring the “look and feel” of that particular era, this promises to be something truly special.  Dean Clarrain, Chris Allan, Gary Carlson, Frank Fosco, and Jim Lawson Tom Waltz and Dan Duncan have already been confirmed, alongside Eastman and Laird, for this 48-page full colour issue.

“Working on the TMNT Comics with the wonderful and amazing IDW team over the last three years reminded me how much I MISSED and LOVED the four green guys.” said Eastman, “getting to work with my Co-Creator Peter Laird again is the icing on the cake – and then some! It really took me back thirty years, to the earliest days, with the fondest memories, and why we got into this business in the first place.”
