Yes! The announcement Greg has been waiting for since the first hints were dropped months ago.  Young newcomer Cory Michael Smith has been cast as Edward Nygma in Fox’s Gotham!

Don’t worry if the name doesn’t ring a bell as he only broke into Broadway last year and started aiming for the big and small screen shortly thereafter, so he is very, very new to the Hollywood game.

However, he definitely look the part. Personally i was looking at Glenn Howerton to get the role, but I like the fact that they’ve gone for a younger actor in the role.

So, what are your thoughts on this latest piece of Gotham casting news?
