Courtesy of Entertainment Weekly, we have our first look at the sleek, professional-looking Arsenal from Season 3 of the CW’s Arrow.
Gone is the red hoodie and mask, and in its place is a far more ‘Arrow-esque’ look for Roy Harper.

I lost track, is he still all jacked-up on Mirakuru? That could potentially be interesting moving forwards.
Think his character has been a weak link in an otherwise great show so far. Let’s hope he doesn’t just become arrow lite.
