Jock featured on the latest Gotham TV spot!

We’re only a few weeks away from the network premiere of Gotham (which surprisingly still hasn’t leaked online), and in a clever marketing move Fox and DC Comics have tapped comicbook/pop culture artist extraordinaire Jock to recreate a few scenes from the latest TV spot.

Jock has done concept art and promotional art for films like Dredd (read: Dredd: The illustrated Script and Visuals from 2000AD) as well as prints and poster art for Mondo. He is also no stranger to Gotham City, having worked with current Batman scribe Scott Snyder on Batman: The Black Mirror. As a side note, the “dynamic duo” are back together again at Image Comics working on an all new original horror series titled Wytches slated for October 8, 2014.

Seeing as Jock’s other work at DC Comics include Hellblazer and Green Arrow: Year One, that should translate (hopefully) into seeing more of his artwork in future promotional spots as we get closer to the premiere of NBC’s Constantine and the return of The CW’s Arrow.  Fingers crossed, anyway.
