Glasgow based artist Neil Slorance and writer Colin Bell have been announced as drawing a back up feature of humor strips for Titan comics main Doctor Who title.
As of issue 2, the team are to produce single page strips about the 12th Doctor and assistant Clara as they travel through time and space.
The pair have previously met with success within the local independent circuit individually but really struck oil once they teamed together on Dungeon Fun, which has received glowing praise and won an award (or four!).
Bell was quoted by Titan as saying: “To be the men who put the words in the mouth of The Man Who Stops The Monsters is an incredible honor for us both!
Further adding “We’re concerned with what happens in the smaller moments between crises, when the galaxy’s not being saved. Who takes the bins out? Where do they go for lunch? Neil and I hope to answer these questions; and as always, the answers await us… in time! “
Bell & Slorance are the latest to join the incredible line-up of back-up creators Titan have assembled, along with Rachael Smith and Emma Price on Doctor Who: The Tenth Doctor, and Marc Ellerby on Doctor Who: The Eleventh Doctor.
