Latino Review are reporting that Viola Davis has been cast as Amanda Waller in Warner Bros’ upcoming Suicide Squad movie.

According to their sources, the casting isn’t set in stone just yet, as Davis is currently starring in the popular TV series ‘How To Get Away With Murder’, and the movie deal is reliant on her schedule allowing time to film the role.

Viola Davis – a multiple award winner –  was among WB’s shortlist of actresses for the role of Amanda Waller, along with Oprah Winfrey and Octavia Spencer.
