While it’s unconfirmed for the time being, there are rumours swirling that Mad Max: Fury Road director George Miller is set to helm Man of Steel 2.

The rumour seems to have originated from John Schnepp – who just released the documentary The Death of Superman Lives: What Happened? – during the latest episode of Popcorn Talk.  He didn’t specify his sources, so take this one with a massive pinch of salt for the time being, but given Miller’s incredibly well-received performance for Warner Bros with Fury Road, it’s not unthinkable that he would be given the helm of this high-profile sequel.

More information as and when it comes available, but let’s say this one turns out to be true — would you be on board for a Miller-directed Man of Steel movie?
