While she may have started off as a ‘neat idea’ in a Chris Bachalo variant cover for Deadpool’s Secret Secret Wars #2, Marvel have just confirmed that Gwenpool will be getting her own comic this December, as well as a three-part backup strip in Howard The Duck.

Quite where this intriguing creation goes after that is anyone’s guess, although going by the runaway freight train of success that Jason Latour’s Spider-Gwen has seen over the last year or so, it’s likely that we’ll be seeing a heckuva lot more of this character before it’s all said and done.
