“What does home mean to you?
That’s the question being asked of 32 talented artists in the Art Aid Nepal Anthology, a project set up to raise funds to support education and art therapy workshops for children affected by the earthquake which killed over 9,000 people in Nepal earlier this year.
The 92-page full-colour anthology sees artists providing their own unique take on this relatively straightforward question, with some dealing with the earthquake in Nepal and others providing a deeply personal response to the feeling of home
The book is currently midway through its Kickstarter campaign, with just a couple of weeks to go, and truly deserves all the support it can get. All funds raised from the sale of the book will be donated towards funding the workshops, helping to heal and bring simple joy to the children’s otherwise troubled lives.
You can take a look at the Kickstarter by CLICKING HERE, and cast your eyes below for some of the artwork that will be featured in the book, as well as a list of all the creators who have contributed their own unique meaning of ‘home’.
Truly a worthwhile project folks, and well worth a look if you have a spare few quid.
