Storm King Comics have just announced details of THE GOD LIST, an original graphic novel from acclaimed writer Steve Niles and artist Scott Hampton, set to hit stores and digital platforms this July.

Here’s the official synopsis:

Beginning in a run-down second-hand bookshop in a dreary corner of New York City, THE GOD LIST quickly takes on epic dimensions, as a book dealer named William comes into possession of a mysterious volume that is also sought by an otherworldly organization hellbent on destroying the contents of the book. Together with a mysterious woman named Lydia, William travels to Europe to find the world’s greatest experts on the book … only to discover that the pursuers will stop at nothing, including the most grisly and supernatural forms of violence, to get their hands on the pages.

If whirlwind visits to Italy and Germany are exotic yet familiar locales, THE GOD LIST has much more in store for William, Lydia and readers as it journeys to the most unexpected final destination for a face-to-face confrontation unlike any other.

Featuring colours from Jennifer Lange, THE GOD LIST will be available July 17, 2024, through direct sales, including at www.StormKingComics.com, and at comic shops; it debuts at retail booksellers on July 30.
