Ahead of its release this August, BOOM! Studios have revealed an early look at the first issue of their new GARFIELD miniseries.

Garfield #1 will feature a pair of short stories from writers Ryan Estrada and Sarah Graley, with artwork by Axur Eneas and letterering by Stef Purenins.

The Garfield Movie, which hit cinemas this past May, has brought in around $219 million worldwide, and this new four-part series is set to capitalise on that return by “adding another layer to the proverbial lasagna featuring not just one feline tale, but two tantalizing stories.”

Featuring main cover art by JJ Harrison & Venture and variants by Jay Stephens, and Goñi Montes, GARFIELD #1 goes on sale on the 4th of August 2024.
