2026 is shaping up to be the year of He-Man, with the live action movie hitting cinemas on the 5th of June and a plethora of toys, comics and assorted merchandise hitting stores throughout the year.
As part of this celabration of the iconic 80s franchise, Dark Horse Books and Mattel have announced Masters of the Universe: Revolution Library Edition, a 264-page deluxe hardcover collecting four previously-released stories based in the world of the hit Netflix animated series.
Here’s the official synopsis:
Discover the unseen adventures of Prince Adam’s first year as He-Man with Masters of the Universe: Forge of Destiny. In Masters of the Universe: Revelation, He- Man embarks on an epic journey and faces off against his longtime foes Skeletor and Evil Lyn. Journey to the earliest days of one of the universe’s most consequential and fraught team-ups—Skeletor and Hordak—with Masters of the Universe: Revolution. And in Masters of the Universe: Andra, Andra must delve into her past, use her technical know-how, and find her own power if she hopes to save Eternia.
The collection is written by showrunner and producer Kevin Smith, episode writer Tim Sheridan, executive producer Rob David, voice actor Tiffany Smith, and comics author Tim Seeley; illustrated by Daniel HDR (with Keith Champagne inking), Mindy Lee, Adriana Melo, and Eddie Nunez; colored by Brad Simpson and Rico Renzi, and lettered by AndWorld Design.
Masters of the Universe: Revolution Library Edition will be available on the 3rd of November 2026, priced $49.99.
