New Flash promo – “My name is Jay Garrick and your world is in danger”

It has been no secret that Jay Garrick would be appearing in this upcoming season of the Flash, and in CW’s most recent promo video for the sophomore season of the show, we are given a pretty good taster of the character (played by Teddy Sears, pictured).
