By the looks of it seemingly Hank Henshaw. Destroyer of Coast City, DC’s Mister fantastic stand in and all round cybernetic nutbag Cyborg looks to be making an appearance after a new design of him appeared on DC’s blog at best the language used is teasing but the fact the Kenneth Rocafort sketch exists would certainly make you assume his appearance is only a matter of time.
