Glasgow Comic Con variant cover for The Standard #4

It was just the other day when we shared with you the news that issue four of local writer and friend of BCP John Lees’ fantastic series The Standard was being released worldwide next month through Diamond.

But the wait for those attending Glasgow Comic Con to get issue four is now much shorter. John recently announced an exclusive Glasgow Comic Con variant cover for The Standard, drawn by Johns’ partner on the upcoming SICBA nominated “And Then Emily Was Gone” Iain Laurie.

We highly recommend you pick it up if you’re attending the Con, as we really can’t sing the praises of John’s work highly enough.  And if you miss this opportunity, you’re going to have to wait until October(!) to get your hands on it.  You know it makes sense!
