Review – Fame: Jennifer Lawrence (Bluewater)
Publisher: Bluewater Productions
Writer: Michael Troy
Artist: Ben Eargle
Release Date: 5th February 2014
I have read some truly terrible comics in my time, but this is wholly unacceptable.
Whatever this is, it’s not a comic. There is no drama, humour, intrigue, imagination – just the message that Jennifer Lawrence is YOUR NEW GODDESS! It reads like a bullet-point version of a hopeless fairy tale you’d catch on E! News or read in some celebrity arse-rag of a magazine.
It’s easy to imagine this text being repeated over loudspeakers to an enslaved human populace in some ugly future.
If I had to say something positive, I guess the art does a good job of making her look pretty?
Maybe my hopes were a little too high – I thought this book would be crap. It’s actually much more offensive than that. Perhaps I’m not the target audience, but it would be unhealthy to read this to a child. Not that any self-respecting parent would.
This is an appalling piece of fame propaganda that must’ve been created by an evil monster.
Don’t even read it for a laugh.
Rating: 1/5.

you should have said you give it one star and that it would be a chocolate one as you use it to wipe your arse.
