Amazon set to buy comiXology

So yes, it appears that global powerhouse Amazon are getting set to buy ComiXology!

We’ve all used Amazon before, right? I mean, its pretty much the go-to place if you need anything these days, and has been the worlds top book seller for years — especially within the digital era.

On the announcement, one of ComiXology’s Co-Founders David Steinberger said “We have long had the goal of making every person on the planet a comics fan. With Amazon’s help, this crazy goal is more possible than ever before.” and with Amazon driving them it could only be a step along the way

DC as you can imagine are happy with the news, however Marvel pretty much said that this will have no effect on them and everyone will still continue to use their ‘Marvel Unlimited’ app.
