thanosIn an interview with Empire Magazine, Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige was asked about the speculation that Thanos would make an appearance in August’s Guardians of the Galaxy, and if so, whether the character would be solely CGI.

His answer?

“There is an actor. I’m not sure we want to announce it yet.”

Which, I’m sure you can imagine, is pretty much music to my ears.  So yeah, not only will Thanos be making an (almost certainly brief) appearance in Guardians, but he won’t – as I feared – be just a blob of CGI.

Which leads us to the obvious question, I guess… who do you guys think could play the role of the Avatar of Death?

Let speculation commence!
