Did Hayley Atwell just confirm Domic Cooper’s return as Howard Stark in Agent Carter?

Nothing has been confirmed by Marvel just yet, but during her promotion of The Pride in London’s West End, Hayley Atwell certainly seems to have confirmed that Dominic Cooper will be returning to the role of Howard Stark (the father of Tony Stark – Iron Man, to those of you living under a rock) in the upcoming Agent Carter Television series.

In an interview with The Telegraph, Atwell discussed Cooper’s pranks, saying that on the set of Agent Carter she’s “going to start the pranks as early as I can. He will come up with some very good ones, too.”

So, what do you guys make of the decision to have Cooper return to the role he played in Captain America: The First Avenger (as well as the Agent Carter one-shot that led directly to this series being commissioned)?  And how do you see Howard and Peggy’s relationship playing out?
