Originally planned as the second arc in the Savage Hulk ongoing series, Marvel’s cosmic legend Jim Starlin will now be bringing us Thanos Vs.Hulk as a standalone 4-part series, beginning in December.
According to Marvel, Thanos Vs. Hulk will be set place before the events of Starlin’s recent Thanos Annual #1 and Thanos: The Infinity Revelation, but new readers should have no real problem jumping onboard.
With the story set to take place across Earth and the Negative Zone, Starlin claims “The scope is rather large and diverse”.
We’re always happy to see more of the Mad Titan, especially when Starlin is involved, and to adding The Hulk to the mix (as well as Blastaar, Annihilus, Pip the Troll, and Iron Man to name but a few) certainly has us looking forward to December when the first issue hits.
