Just in time for Children’s Book Week (which runs from the 4th to the 10th of May), Humble Bundle are releasing a ‘Humble Kids Comic Bundle’ to benefit the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund and Every Child a Reader.
With three tiers of rewards made available, there’s a lot of great titles being made available for younger readers.
– The first tier, where buyers can pay whatever they think is fair, unlocks six titles including the first volume of Malachai and Ethan Nicolle’s Axe Cop, Fred Van Lente’s Howtoons: [re]Ignition and Uglydoll: Eat Dat! from Travis Nichols and Ian McGinty.
– The second tier, made available when readers pay over the average of $7.00, unlocks loads more titles, such as Stan Sakai’s Usagi Yojimbo: Yokai, Rob Harrel’s Monster on the Hill and Judith Lazar’s Grown-Ups, The World and Me… with more titles still to be announced.
– Finally, the third tier, unlocked when readers pay $15 or more, gives them access to the first volume of BOOM! Studios’ smash hit Lumberjanes, and more!
The bundle will be available until the 13th of May, and is a brilliant way to pick up some cheap titles to tempt the younger readers in your life. With a fantastically diverse selection of themes and genres, there’s bound to be something to suit any tastes, and the fact that your donation will benefit the CBLDF and Every Child a Reader is just the icing on a very tempting cake.
