The Electronic Entertainment Expo otherwise known as E3 officially starts on June 14th, but that didn’t stop Telltale Games from unveiling a first look at their latest project “Batman – The Telltale Series.”

Telltale’s signature choice mechanics and cel shading animation are perfect for brining Batman’s world to life, and Co-Founder and CEO of Telltale Games Kevin Bruner couldn’t agree more.

“The complex life and fractured psyche of Bruce Wayne has lent itself to becoming a bold evolution of the signature ‘Telltale’ role-playing experience…”

The announcement also revealed the cast of the game, which will expand as the season progresses, it stars Troy Baker as Bruce Wayne, Travis Willingham as Harvey Dent, Erin Yvette as Vicki Vale, Enn Reitelas as Alfred Pennyworth, Murphy Guyer as Lieutenant James Gordon, Richard McGonagle as Carmine Falcone, and Laura Bailey as Selina Kyle.

Guests attending E3 will be the first to get a more detailed look, but the “Batman – The Telltales Series” will be available on PC/Mac and mobile. The series will also be available on game consoles as a special ‘Season Pass Disc’ which will be available at retailers across North America, Latin America, and Europe this summer, granting access to the five episode season as it becomes available for download.

In addition to this title, I’m hoping that Telltale provides an update or even a first look at the third season of “The Walking Dead” slated for fall of 2016.
