Dark Horse unveils new installment in their SERENITY series!

Ahead of this weekend’s Comic Con International in San Diego, Dark Horse have just announced their newest Serenity series, entitled Serenity: No power in the ‘Verse.
The new six-part series will be written by Chris Roberson (iZombie) and illustrated by Georges Jeanty (Serenity: Leaves on the Wind), and will go on sale this October.
Speaking about the new series, Roberson said “I’ve been a devoted fan of Captain Reynolds and company since the first episode of Firefly aired, and have followed the exploits of the Serenity crew through TV, film, and comics ever since. It’s an unbelievable thrill (and an enormous responsibility!) to help chart the course for their further adventures.”
The new series will see Mal Reynolds and his crew struggling through some difficult times and receiving a call to help find a missing friend. The crew must come together to discover the answers to her mysterious disappearance. Will they find her in time?
The first issue goes on sale October 26th, 2016.
