Hey Ghost Corps!! Get these guys an animated film already!

Once again the creative team raise the bar with thrilling action and emotional moments aplenty as  .Having obtained the map and the key it’s time to get the book that will bring their Egon home.  Thankfully however, the “Real Ghostbuster” version of Egon is staying on to help them.

I don’t know how Burnham manage to capture the voice of the Real GB Egon quite so well. As you read the panels you can practically hear the voice from the animated series so clearly in your head. It just shows, yet again, the sheer level of detail and love the Erik, Dan and Luis have for the series. Even after all these issues it never feels like they are getting even slightly bored or running out of ideas.

Moving back to my opening comments, it should be plain to see for the head honchos at Ghost Corps (the Sony company in charge of the Ghostbusters franchise) that they could easily get two or three movies and specials just by directly adapting this ongoing series. Given the critical acclaim for the franchise, it should be viewed as nothing less than a license to print money.

Honestly, there isn’t much I can say about this series that I haven’t already. Just go buy it and I absolutely guaranteed that you won’t be disappointed.

Rating: 5/5 (can’t wait for the story arc climax next issue)
