Archie Comics have just announced that their live-action Riverdale TV series has been reviewed for a second series by The CW.

The series, starring K.J. Apa (Archie Andrews), Lili Reinhart (Betty Cooper), Camila Mendes (Veronica Lodge) and Cole Sprouse (Jughead Jones) has drawn impressive critical acclaim, and features a darker, weirder take on life in the titular small town.

In the meantime, RIVERDALE Chapter 7: In a Lonely Place debuts this Thursday at 9/8c on The CW.  Plus, you can stream new episodes of Riverdale on The CW App, or watch them as they’re released on Netflix.
