After a lot of speculation and conflicting reports that also had Nicholas Hoult briefly in the running, Warner Bros have finally confirmed that Robert Pattison will play the lead in Matt Reeves’ ‘The Batman.’

As announced by Variety, Pattison will don the Caped Crusader’s cowl in the upcoming flick, which is set to hit theaters on the 25th of June 2021.

Pre-production is due to start early this summer, but no official start date for filming has been announced as yet.
