Marvel Netflix shows find new home on Disney+… in Canada, at least
As you may or may not be aware, Marvel’s slate of Netflix shows – including Daredevil, The Punisher, Jessica Jones and more – are set to leave the streaming platform at the end of the month, leaving fans uncertain about where they’ll be able to watch them in future.
Thankfully, hope has emerged in the form of a (hopefully not fake) press release from Disney+ Canada, confirming that the fan-favourite shows will find a new home with them from March 16th, with Oscar Isaac’s eagerly anticipated turn as Moon Knight following a couple of weeks later.
While no announcement has been forthcoming about the availability of these cracking shows (and Iron Fist) in other regions, particularly the UK and the US, this is definitely an encouraging development for those of us who occasionally like to binge the first season of Daredevil over a cold and wet weekend.
We’ll have more news as it becomes available.
