Come one, come all, Hasbro has unveiled a slew of new Star Wars reveals based on 2016’s popular Rogue One movie, all set for release this November, and they’re pretty great.
Let’s take a look, shall we?
Star Wars The Black Series Jyn Erso

Yeah, this figure is pretty great. It’s so much better than the original figure, the hood works really well, the sculpted jacket is very well done and her articulation seems to be on point.
As for accessories; well, it’s a bit lacking on that front, as she only has her signature blaster and hood. I really would have liked a copy of the Death Star plans to be included with her, but I suppose these accessories will do.
Overall, this figure is pretty good, but I think Hasbro are banking on the fact that you’re going to feel obliged to buy her to complete the team.
Used to operating alone, Jyn Erso finds higher purpose by taking on a desperate mission for the Rebel Alliance: steal the plans to the Death Star, the Empire’s ultimate weapon of destruction!

Star Wars The Black Series Captain Cassian Andor

This figure is so cool. He looks impressively accurate and his accessories are the highlight; he includes a holster and his pistol, as well as a stock and sniper front. Excitingly, these all combine (like in the movie) to form a wonderful sniper rifle.
This figure is one of the best of the new reveals and is a brilliant representation of the character.
Captain Cassian Andor commands respect from his Rebel troops with his ability to keep a cool head under fire and complete his missions with minimal resources.

Star Wars The Black Series K-2SO

This is definitely my favourite of the new reveals, he’s so lanky and robotic, yo u could probably buy a tonne of these and use them as Imperial security droids. His poseability seems above average. On the accessories front, well, there isn’t any, all the cost went into giving this figure the necessary height, I would’ve liked him to come with his pistol from the scariff citadel battle, but it’ll be fine. I love this figure, even if you’re on fence about him, you probably won’t regret this purchase.
The pragmatic droid is an effective insertion agent, as he can blend in perfectly at Imperial installations and outposts.

Another great figure, he seems accurate and possible. The accessories are the highlight; he has his cable backpack with a proper winding cable, and what appears to be an Imperial E-11 blaster.
Basically, this figure is amazing.

This is a truly spectacular figure, he seems incredibly dynamic and can probably pull off some wicked poses. His accessories are also great, including his staff and crossbow.
You really get what you are paying for with this extraordinary figure.
Though he lacks Force abilities, this warrior monk has rigorously honed his body through intense physical and mental discipline.

Star Wars The Black Series Baze Malbus

This figure is awesome, a really big piece of plastic, with all the necessary details of Baze. Plus, even though he’s such a big figure, they haven’t skipped out on accessories, he comes with his back mounted ammo feed and his heavy blaster.
Another outstanding figure worthy of the Black Series nametag.
Baze Malbus has a bravado that provides a marked contrast to the spiritual centeredness of his best friend and moral compass, Chirrut Îmwe.
