Marvel Legends leak gives us first look at Thor: Love and Thunder Characters

While fans are still eagerly awaiting the first trailer for Taika Waititi’s Thor: Love and Thunder ahead of its July release date, we’re still to receive anything official from the folks at Marvel Studios.

Thankfully, as is becoming a bit of a recurring theme in recent years, we can always rely on the world of toys, action figures and LEGO to give us what we need.

In this case, that first look comes courtesy of a Twitter leak for the upcoming Love and Thunder-themed wave of the Marvel Legends figures, which gives us our best look so far at pretty much the entire cast.

The seven-figure wave features two versions of Thor, Jane Foster as “Mighty Thor”, and a great look at the big screen version of Gorr the God Butcher.

The wave also features “King” Valkyrie and new versions of both Star-Lord and Groot, and the whole set includes a piece for a Build-a-Figure version of fan-favourite Korg.

So what do we think? Gorr looks to be the biggest departure from his comic book counterpart, but we’re loving the new outfits for both Valkyrie and Thor.  Let’s hear your thoughts in the comments.

Set for release on July 8th, Thor: Love and Thunder stars Chris Hemsworth, Tessa Thompson, Natalie Portman, Christian Bale, Chris Pratt, Jaimie Alexander, Pom Klementieff, Dave Bautista, Karen Gillan, Sean Gunn, Jeff Goldblum, and Vin Diesel.
