Yes, once again, THIS is the way, it’s… Mando Monday!

This week it’s a bit of a brief one, with a set of new Black series figures, still at the £20 price point which – for heavily articulated 6 inch figures – isn’t half bad. I’m honestly not quite sure which is my favourite of the 3. Whilst the Moff Gideon is on one level of least interest to me (I mean I know you need a baddie, but still) the articulation is perhaps the most effectively incorporated into his joints, meaning he looks oustanding.

Greef Karga, meanwhile, has a VERY snazzy space cape (and who doesn’t love a space cape?) and generally looks extremely dapper. If I were being picky, I’m not as sold on his elbow articulation aesthetic even though it gives maximum poseability (is that a word? I’m a teacher, I say it’s a word, it’s a word). I imagine there will be many people simply having him point and yell get to the space-chopper!

And finally Kuiil, this is just stunning. It’s a really fantastic sculpt, the joints are well designed, and it is so full of character – yes, he’s the same price as the others for being, well, smaller, but still more than worth it. I have spoken.
